Short term
Up to 48 months
- Applies to 24, 36 and 48 month terms.
- The $500 loan credit is not available here — on these terms the rate is the whole offer.
- Rates are never reduced below 0%.
New routines, new schedules, new drives. This month brings 0% financing on the 2026 Sportage, doubled clearout bonuses on our last 2026 units, and a $500 credit for recent grads. Rates shown throughout include the 1% Kia loyalty rate reduction — most of our customers qualify, and we'll tell you straight away if you don't.
Kia is retiring factory support on the 2026 Seltos and the 2026 Sportage Hybrid at month end — so we're matching their clearout credit dollar for dollar on every unit we have left. Biggest credits of the month, lowest rates of the month, on the last four cars. There is no October version of this.
These are the last 2026 Seltos SX we will receive. There is no reorder and no October program on this car — once they're sold the offer simply ends. The 2027 is a good car at a higher rate with no credit on it.
The 2027 Sportage Hybrid finances two full points higher and carries no credit at all. Same size, same warranty, same hybrid AWD — this one is cheaper to borrow on and comes with $1,000. That gap closes on September 30.
Canada's default family SUV, at the lowest rate Kia offers anywhere in the lineup this month. Here is exactly how it works.

The $500 loan credit is available on 60, 72 and 84 month terms only. The 0% short-term rate comes instead of that credit, not alongside it — so it's the lowest rate or the cash, depending on how long you want to finance. Everywhere else on this page, credits and rates stack.
Four different households, four different problems. Every rate below includes the 1% Kia loyalty rate reduction; without it, add one point to any figure.

Kia's compact electric SUV brings the EV9's design language down to a size and a price that fits a first EV. It's the model bringing the most new faces into our showroom right now.
EV3 allocation is still arriving at Canadian dealers, so we are not carrying stock units yet. Join the priority list and we'll contact you the day our allocation is confirmed, with the rate and credits current at that time.
Same class, same footprint, same family-SUV logic — without the fuel. It sits between the EV3 and the EV9, and it's the size most Scarborough households actually need.
EV5 units are arriving in limited allocation and sell before they reach the lot. Get on the list and we'll tell you our incoming build sheets, colours and expected dates — not a generic "coming soon" email.
Redesigned inside and out, and it arrived in numbers. Eighteen of them are sitting here right now across the trim walk — so you get to pick the one you actually want instead of taking whatever showed up.
Most stores are taking this car one or two units at a time. We went deep on purpose, which means you can drive an LX AWD and an X-Line back to back in the same afternoon and decide properly — instead of test-driving whichever one happened to arrive.
Kia added another $1,000 to the stackable credit on the Niro EV for September, on top of finance rates that already start at 1.99%. It is the largest single credit anywhere in the lineup right now.

Rates across this page are shown with the 1% Kia loyalty rate reduction already applied, because most people reading it qualify. Here is what it is, who gets it, and what each headline rate looks like without it.
What it does
Who qualifies
| Model & term | With loyalty | Standard | Also carries |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026 Sportage — up to 48 mo | 0% | 0.99% | — |
| 2026 Sportage — 60 mo | 0.99% | 1.99% | $500 loan credit |
| 2026 Sportage Hybrid — up to 60 mo | 1.99% | 2.99% | $1,000 clearout credit |
| 2026 Seltos SX — up to 60 mo | 2.99% | 3.99% | $1,000 clearout credit |
| 2026 Niro EV Wind — up to 60 mo | 0.99% | 1.99% | $4,000 stackable credit |
| 2026 EV9 — up to 60 mo | 0.99% | 1.99% | — |
| 2027 Seltos — up to 60 mo | 3.99% | 4.99% | — |
| 2026 Sorento Hybrid — up to 60 mo | 2.99% | 3.99% | $500 stackable credit |
These run alongside the September offers and the loyalty rate, and apply across almost the entire lineup. Most buyers qualify for at least one and never think to ask. We check every one of them on every deal — but it's easier if you know what to bring.
$500
For recent graduates of an accredited college, university or trade program. The most relevant September credit there is — and it stacks on top of the finance rate.
Proof of graduation. Combines with the loyalty rate, with lease and loan credits, and with clearout bonuses.
$500
For serving and retired Canadian Armed Forces members, reservists, and eligible family. Applies lineup-wide alongside the monthly rates.
Service identification. Stacks with loan and lease credits, with the loyalty rate, and with the Graduate program where both apply.
$750
Toward the cost of adaptive driving or passenger equipment installed on a new Kia. The largest of the four evergreen credits.
Documentation of the adaptive equipment and its installation. Combines with the monthly rate and credit programs.
$395
If you're in a Kia Finance lease and you end it more than 90 days early, there is normally a $395 fee. Enter a new Kia lease or finance contract and it's waived entirely.
This is why getting out of a lease early is often cheaper than people assume. Bring your current lease agreement and we'll show you the real number.
$500
Returning Kia Finance lessees get up to $500 against excess wear and tear charges, plus up to 500 km per contracted year against excess mileage.
Applied to your lease-end bill when you lease or finance another Kia with Kia Finance. Stacks with the loyalty rate and with the $395 waiver.
Instead of a down payment you can leave extra refundable security deposits with Kia Finance. Each one lowers your lease interest rate, and the full amount comes back to you at the end of the lease. It is the only way to reduce a lease rate below the published number without qualifying for another program.
| Equivalent monthly security deposits | Interest rate reduction | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum 4 | −0.25% | Entry level. Refunded at lease end. |
| 6 | −0.50% | Half a point off, still fully refundable. |
| 8 | −0.75% | Roughly the same effect as a strong credit tier. |
| Maximum 10 | −1.00% | A full point, on top of the loyalty rate. |
Not just the models we're promoting. Every rate below includes the 1% loyalty rate reduction — without it, add one point to any figure. Stock counts update live from our inventory.
Rates shown are September program rates on approved credit through Kia Finance, RBC or TD, with the 1% loyalty rate reduction applied; add one point for the standard rate. Credits listed are the maximum available on the highest-credit trim of that model, and individual trims vary. How the loyalty rate works ›
Subvented finance rates get quoted constantly and mean very little as a number. Choose an amount financed and a term, and this shows the total interest you'd pay at each September rate — and at the prime rate you'd get without a program. No prices, no payments, just the cost of the money.
Illustration only, on an amount you choose — not an offer of credit and not a vehicle price. Figures assume equal monthly payments, no fees and no early payout. Your actual rate depends on approved credit, term, model and the programs you qualify for. Ask us for a written quote with all fees included before you decide.
Manufacturer incentive programs are genuinely confusing, and the confusion usually costs the customer. Here's the plain version.
It's real. The published rate is 0.99% up to 48 months, and the loyalty reduction takes it to zero. Without a Kia in your name it's 0.99% — still the lowest financing on any gas vehicle we sell this month.
The trade-off is term length, and it's the only real either/or in September's programs. The 0% runs to 48 months and carries no cash credit. Stretch to 60, 72 or 84 months and you pick up a $500 loan credit at a slightly higher rate. Lowest rate, or the cash — not both.
Loan and lease credits are amounts Kia contributes when you finance or lease at the subvented program rate. You get the low rate and the credit together.
Stackable credits work the same way — they stack on top of the advertised rate rather than replacing it. The $4,000 and $6,000 on the Niro EV, and the $500 on the Sorento Hybrid, are stackable.
Trading Dollars are the cash alternative. They're generally not combinable with a subvented finance or lease rate, so they're the right choice if you're paying cash or arranging your own financing. If you're financing through Kia, the low rate is almost always worth more.
All of these are applied as a reduction to the selling price before tax, which means you also save the tax on the credit amount.
Credits and the loyalty rate reduction do different jobs and combine freely — one lowers the price, the other lowers the rate.
Nothing mechanical. The 2026 Seltos SX and 2026 Sportage Hybrid EX on this page are brand new, unregistered, delivery-mileage vehicles with the full new-vehicle warranty starting the day you take delivery.
What you're giving up is being in the newest model year. Kia funds clearout credits and lower finance rates on outgoing model years specifically to move them before the replacement lands. That's why a 2026 Sportage Hybrid finances at 2.99% while the 2027 finances at 3.99%.
Resale on an outgoing model year sits slightly behind the incoming one, so if you trade every three years it's worth a quick look at the numbers — we'll do that with you. For everyone else, the $1,000 credit and the lower rate win comfortably, and you're driving the same car for less.
No. Kia protects program rates and credits for 120 days from approval. When your vehicle is delivered you choose whichever is better for you: the program that was in effect when you ordered, or the program running at the moment of delivery.
What's protected: finance and lease rates, stackable delivery credits, lease residuals, the Loyalty program, and the Graduate, Military and Mobility credits.
What isn't protected: changes to manufacturer pricing, seasonal programs, limited-time promotions, and special incentives like aged-inventory bonuses. Program protection also only applies to deals submitted and approved through the standard portal, and can't be moved to a different lender afterwards.
Yes, through a separate non-prime program — and the loyalty rate reduction still applies to it.
There are two paths. One prioritises the lowest rate available for your credit tier. The other accepts a standard rate in exchange for a cash credit on certain models. Which one saves you more depends entirely on the vehicle and the term, so we run both.
Non-prime programs generally can't be combined with the other retail delivery credits on this page. Nobody at this store will pretend otherwise once you're in the chair. Talk to us early — there is usually more room than people expect.
Because Ontario requires that any advertised vehicle price include every fee the dealer charges, and a single number on a promotions page can't honestly capture that across dozens of individual cars with different equipment.
Every vehicle on our inventory pages carries its own full price. Click through to any unit in the strips above and you'll get that car's pricing, its stock number and its equipment. Ask us for a written quote and you'll get the complete breakdown, including tax and licensing, before you sign anything.
All September rates and credits on this page expire at the close of business on Tuesday, September 30, 2026. October brings a new program, which may be better or worse on any given model — nobody at the dealership knows in advance.
Two things genuinely end rather than change. Factory program support on the 2026 Seltos and the 2026 Sportage Hybrid stops entirely after September 30, and the vehicle has to be delivered and registered by then to qualify. Support on the 2026 Carnival Hybrid runs to November 2.
Everything else simply rolls into whatever October's program is.
Tell us the model, the term and whether there's a Kia in your driveway already. We'll come back with the real rate, every credit you qualify for, and a written quote with all fees included.
Offers valid September 1 to September 30, 2026 on new, unregistered Kia vehicles retailed and delivered within the offer period, and apply to the province of vehicle registration only. All finance and lease offers are on approved credit through Kia Finance, RBC or TD. Advertised rates are the published program rates and are subject to credit approval; not all customers will qualify for the lowest rate or the longest term. Rates, credits and availability are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
The 1% Kia Loyalty rate reduction requires an existing eligible Kia registered and insured in the customer's name for the preceding 90 days, is reduced from the published program rate only, and in no case reduces a rate below 0%. An eligible vehicle may be used once in any 180-day period. Graduate, Military and Mobility program credits require supporting documentation and a signed customer acknowledgement. Lease-end wear, mileage and early termination benefits apply to qualifying returning Kia Finance lessees on a new Kia Finance lease or finance contract and are subject to that program's terms.
Clearout bonuses on the 2026 Seltos and 2026 Sportage Hybrid consist of a Kia Canada credit and a Scarboro Kia dealer credit, apply only to the specific in-stock units identified, and require delivery and registration by September 30, 2026. These credits may be combined with the 1% Kia Loyalty rate reduction where the customer qualifies; they cannot be combined with a separate stackable bonus offer on the same vehicle. On the 2026 Sportage, the $500 loan credit is available on 60, 72 and 84 month finance terms and on cash purchases only, and is not available in combination with the subvented rate on terms of 48 months or less. Quantities are limited to stock on hand and are shown live from our inventory system; a vehicle may sell between the time this page loads and the time you contact us.
Vehicle range, fuel consumption and charging figures are manufacturer estimates for comparison purposes and vary with driving conditions, temperature, load, driving style and vehicle condition. Cost-of-borrowing figures shown on this page are illustrations calculated on an amount selected by the visitor; they are not an offer of credit, do not represent a vehicle price or payment, and exclude all fees, levies and taxes. Complete pricing for any individual vehicle, inclusive of all applicable fees as required in Ontario, is shown on that vehicle's inventory listing.
See dealership for full details, eligibility and program requirements. Errors and omissions excepted.
