The 2027 Kia EV5 range opens with the Light FWD, followed by the Wind in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, then the Land in both drivetrains, the GT-Line in FWD and AWD, and the GT-Line Limited in FWD and AWD. Exterior details evolve as trims rise, beginning with LED taillights, automatic headlights, and body-colour heated mirrors with integrated turn signals. Roof rails and satin belt-line trim add practicality and style, while acoustic laminated glass and solar glass for the windshield and front doors increase refinement. All versions use a 400-volt fast-charging system and include a battery-heating system to improve performance in colder conditions. Front-wheel drive comes standard, with all-wheel drive available on Wind, Land, GT-Line, and GT-Line Limited trims for added traction. Shift-by-wire controls and rack-mounted motor-driven power steering contribute to smooth response and predictable handling. Drive Mode Select allows the vehicle to adapt its behaviour to different conditions. The estimated driving ranges are between 410 and 460 kilometres, depending on battery size and configuration.
